What happens if there has been a delivery mishap to my order? (Lost delivery)

Affinity Unlimited uses the reliable US Postal Service (USPS) as a shipping partner.  Please contact us for more details, and we will be glad to work with you to solve the problem. Also, please ensure that you list a secure shipping address. We will ship to the address you provide at checkout so please make sure it is entered correctly. We will not reimburse for items shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error.

What do I do to return my order?

We are sad to hear this, but you can send it back to us, unused, for a refund within 30 days of purchase.  Please write to us specifying the reason so we can prevent this in the future. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we have made a mistake.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Mail your product to: 26571 Normandale Dr. Apt 19N  Lake Forest CA 92630. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at affinity-unlimited.myshopify.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  affinity-unlimited.myshopify.com and send your item to: 26571 Normandale Dr. Apt 19N Lake Forest California US 92630.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our company uses some of the latest graphics designs which may not be supported in lower version of browsers, it is recommended that you use the following browsers to access Affinity Unlimited:
